The teachers and Lions would like to welcome all returning, as well as new students to a new and exciting school year at Bowmanville Nursery School. We’re looking forward to a year filled with crafts, games, songs, field trips, reading, and lots of other fun activities. Oh, and don’t forget the snacks!
Later this week this website will updated with which classes have open spots. If you’re sitting on the fence about nursery school don’t hesitate to call us up, email us, or come visit the school. We’d love to see you and your child, and let you in on why Bowmanville Nursery School is so great. We can even connect you with other parents so they can share their stories and experiences.

A new school year is fast approaching, and now is the time to call us up and ensure a spot for your child! There are still some openings, so feel free to peruse the site and fill out an application or contact us for more information.
Please note that the first day of nursery school will be September 2nd for all full time and Tuesday/Thursday students, and September 3rd for Monday/Wednesday students. This is, of course, due to the Labour Day long weekend.

Yesterday was the last day of school before the summer break. Everyone had a great time singing songs, playing games and reflecting on the school year.
The teachers and everyone else at the school would like to thank everyone for a great year! We’re already looking forward to September and the exciting time ahead.

From 6pm to 7pm tonight will be an open house at Nursery School. Parents and children are welcome to come and check out the school, and ask the teachers any questions or provide comments.

It talks about how the parents of the kids attending the school mobilzed to boost enrollment and ensure that the school remains an integral part of the Bowmanville community.
A parent council has been formed that will work hand-in-hand with the Lions Club and the schools teachers to ensure that the school is successful and remains an active part of our young childrens lives.
